About Our Pricing
Every "starting at" price on this page reflects our base configuration: a white window with the manufacturer's standard Low-E insulated glass with argon, professionally installed in a standard, ground-floor rough opening—including removal and disposal of your existing wood windows with metal tracks. It's real pricing for a real window, professionally installed—not a teaser rate.
Factors that can affect your final price include:

Window options — grids, glass upgrades (tempered, obscure, sound-dampening), upgraded spacers, hardware finishes, and similar add-ons

Color selections — non-white interior or exterior finishes, laminated colors, and painted frames

Exterior trim — non-white aluminum trim wrap or custom trim work

Existing window removal — removal of metal, vinyl, or specialty windows, or windows without standard tracks, may differ from our base wood-window removal

Installation height and access — second- and third-story windows, windows over stairwells, sunrooms, or other hard-to-reach locations

Specialty equipment — lifts or other rental equipment required for high or difficult installations

Your home's openings — complex, unusual, or out-of-square rough openings, structural repairs, or rot discovered during installation
